What Could the Next Owner Do?

Depending on their own plans, the next owner may choose to build on what is already in place. Each of the following is a possibility, not a guaranteed outcome.
  • Continue running the existing business
  • Strengthen digital marketing
  • Improve direct bookings
  • Develop social media marketing
  • Expand tourism partnerships
  • Increase accommodation visibility online
  • Develop events
  • Develop sports-related promotions
  • Target additional expat markets
  • Improve online booking infrastructure
  • Create packages combining accommodation and food
  • Explore additional revenue opportunities
These are possibilities for a new owner to consider, not forecasts. Results depend on the owner’s plans, market conditions and execution.
